Synopsis
Zeus, forever altered by his sacred bond with Hera, abandons the throne of Olympus and wanders the mortal realm in search of something purer than conquest. His journey becomes a hushed, visual odyssey through vineyards, stormy seas, and torchlit festivals until he encounters Ganymede, a radiant youth whose laughter cracks the god’s immortal armor. Rendered as a lyrical poem in motion, the film traces Zeus’s surrender from untouchable deity to vulnerable lover, closing SarantuyaSimone’s Greek mythology cycle with quiet devastation and lingering grace. Hera watches from above, her presence a bittersweet wind. Ganymede teaches Zeus the fragile beauty of touch, time, and goodbye. In their final night together, lightning yields to starlight, marking the end of an era for both god and filmmaker.
The story
Zeus marries Hera on Olympus and feels the weight of eternity shift inside him; restless and hollow, he leaves the pantheon behind, shedding his lightning for mortal dust. He wanders through ancient villages and festivals, tasting ordinary longing for the first time.
Zeus meets Ganymede during a storm-torn harvest; their connection ignites an intimate, forbidden romance that forces the god to confront jealousy, aging, and the ache of impermanence while Hera’s distant gaze grows heavier.
Zeus chooses to let Ganymede go, returning to Olympus transformed and diminished; the film closes on a final, wordless ascent as the god carries mortal love back into the heavens, ending the series in luminous silence.

Cold open
INT. OLYMPIAN HALL - NIGHT Marble columns dissolve into drifting clouds. ZEUS (mid-40s, bearded, weary) stands before HERA (eternal, regal). Lightning flickers across his shoulders then fades. HERA You have everything. Why leave? ZEUS Because everything is not enough. He kisses her forehead, a gesture more farewell than passion. Thunder cracks once, then silence. Zeus steps off the edge of Olympus. His body falls through starlight, cloak becoming simple linen. He lands in a moonlit vineyard, knees sinking into soil. A single grape bursts between his fingers. He tastes it, eyes closing like a man discovering hunger. FADE TO BLACK.
